Project Description:
Weighing System, integrated into the mixer cranes, precise
transmits steel net wight to the process control system.
Most important of this weighing system is new princip
of load cell’s.
We have developed weighing system with Radial Force
Sensors DRA. DRA Radial Force System have specific load
cell geometry perfectly adapted to the typical design
of large spreader beams in the steel industry. Electrical
signals to the all load cells is suming on sumator box
and after that transmits with SIWAREX U modul. SIWAREX
U modul is part of PLC SIMATIC S7-300 optimal solution
for the measurement of crane loads. For proces visualization
and control weighing system we are used graphical operator
panels on crane operator cabin. Operator panel are connected
via PROFIBUS DP, ETHERNET and wireless system with L3
level. Data from weighing system are used on existing
factory network.
